A sweet, floral twist on the classic mimosa made with just three ingredients
Print Recipe
- .75 ounce lavender simple syrup
- 2 ounces orange juice chilled
- 3 ounces champagne chilled
- dried lavender flowers optional
Pour lavender simple syrup into champagne flute.
Add in orange juice then top up with champagne.
Stir until uniform and garnish with dried lavender flowers, if desired. Serve immediately.
How to serve these mimosas to a group? You'll need ¾ cup simple syrup, two cups orange juice, and one bottle of champagne to serve up to eight people. Then there are two great options, depending on your preference and presentation.
For the first option, you can combine all the ingredients in a pitcher or beverage dispenser. This is the more hands-off method. Or you can mix up the OJ and syrup in one bottle and set it out with the bottle of champagne. Either option allows for self service.
