How to Make a Strawberry Matcha Tea Latte
Step One: Dissolve the matcha powder in hot water.
Step Two: Use a frothing wand (aka electric whisk) to mix the strawberry syrup and milk and make the mixture foamy.
Pro Tip #1: You can use a bamboo whisk, frothing wand, or even a fork to mix up the matcha and water.
Pro Tip #2: If you don't have a frothing wand, add the milk and syrup to a blender and pulse to combine and create fluffy texture.
Step Three: Pour the strawberry milk into a glass over ice.
Step Four: Pour in the matcha. Two distinct layers of strawberry foam and strawberry milk match will form because of the different textures.
