I might have promised not to post anything cheesy 🙂 for a while a few posts back but I think the hiatus has gone on long enough, don’t you? This dish is so easy to make and SO good. Plus, we are right in the thick of holiday parties and who doesn’t want to show up with something impressive and yummy? I made this dip for a girls-only wine and cheese night and it was a hit. Reason one: the praline sauce you may have seen on a very well-received previous post. Reason two: cheese, duh! It is sweet and savory with crunch and creaminess all rolled into one. Take this with you to your next gathering with some crackers, bread, or anything you think might be suited to scooping up all the goodness. If I am coming across as a little obnoxious in this post you can blame the fact that I scraped the praline sauce pan clean with my fingers and…you know the rest. I am bouncing off the walls right now.
